I have recently started a rewarding program for Buyers or Sellers that uitilizes my services. The Buyer or Seller will recieve half of my real estate commission for their part of the transaction.

YES- you read that correctly! When you use my services  for the sale or purchase of your home, I will reward you with half of my real estate commission for your part of the transaction.

Here are some examples:  

If a home sells for $650,000 as a buyer or seller, my commission is 3% for my part of the transaction.

$650,000 X 3% = $19,500 

Half of that $19,500 = $9,750

You would receive $9,750!!!

So as the buyer or seller, you would take home $9,750 to do as you please.

second example would be purchase price of your new home is $1,00,000.00 million dollars and the buyer commissionis 3% that would equal to $30,000. thirthy thousand dollars half or the thirty thousand is  $15,000. thousand which  will be be yours to do with as you please.
